O.S.I. signs an SLA with one of the five largest financial institutions in Greece for the provision of Level 2+ and Level 3+ Managed Security Services

Obrela Security Industries has recently signed a multi-year SLA for the provision of Level 2+ and Level 3+ Managed Security Services with one of the five largest financial institutions in Greece, member of one of the largest regional Investment Groups.
Within project scope, O.S.I. will deliver Level 2+ and Level 3+ Managed Security Services, based on mutually agreed SLA, in order to ensure the highest level of quality and control. The contracted SLA includes the provision of Managed Assurance services (regular Perimeter, Web Applications and Systems Penetration Testing), customized to business requirements set by the client, as well as the provision of Event Management services for the client’s infrastructure, including perimeter networks and critical systems that support them on a 24×7 basis.
Obrela Security Industries will perform Penetration Tests on critical applications and hosts of the client’s System and Network Infrastructure facing Internet on an annual basis, in order to discover security weaknesses, to identify the level of risk associated with any weakness and to recommend countermeasures to negate those weaknesses or mitigate the associated risk to an acceptable business level.
Moreover, O.S.I. will effectively provide real-time monitoring, event analysis and response necessary to manage the higher level of risk associated with infrastructure within scope, by leveraging the ArcSight Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Platform. The ArcSight SIEM Platform is an integrated set of products for collecting, normalizing, correlating, analyzing, and managing enterprise event information.
The outcome of the project is further expected to assist our client:
  • Maintain a secure operating environment and integrity of data;
  • Protect against accidental or intentional disclosure of information;
  • Reduce costs associated with security related problems and compliance breaches; and
  • Protect their brand and reputation.
