Ongoing support is provided throughout the activation process and beyond to ensure that clients have a seamless experience and can quickly realize the benefits of our MRC products. The customers reach Obrela teams via Swordfish SRM for any requests concerning MRC.

PROACTIVE AND COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT

Obrela is approved under the recognized UK national body CREST Cyber Security Incident Response (CSIRT) scheme.

The platform engineering and support team encompasses all preventive maintenance and operations-driven technical tasks related to the SWORDFISH platform.

Platform engineering and support services for SWORDFISH encompass a range of activities, including:

  • platform architecture design, deployment, configuration, customization, and integration with other systems as required by the client.
  • ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of the platform to ensure its continued reliability and availability.
  • proactive and reactive support to clients, ensuring that any issues are promptly identified and resolved to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

OBRELA provides the Client with Service Desk services during working days and hours, responding to any technical requests and providing general consulting regarding the MRC modules and services in scope. Help desk services will be provided only to the designated by the client’s personnel and not to end-users.

Several 3rd party integrations are supported out of the box by SWORDFISH. Supplementarily, OBRELA optionally provides the capability for developing custom 3rd party integrations to address our customers’ unique needs. This indicatively can include integration with 3rd party ticketing systems, asset management repositories, vulnerability management tools and reporting engines (e.g. PowerBI).

To make our solution fit your organization’s needs OBRELA offers premium customizations as an add-on service. The customization of workflows is a very representative example of advanced customization tasks we undertake for our clients.
