Privacy Management Module aims to enable data controllers, joint controllers and processors to build and manage their privacy protection programs as well to demonstrate compliance based on the known national and international regulatory frameworks for Privacy protection.

Privacy Management Platform Module provides a contextual knowledge base, available along all the steps of a comprehensive Personal Data Protection Program, adapting the contents captured and displayed. The platform is fully aligned with all modern regional and national privacy protection frameworks such as EU GDRP, KSA PDPL and UAE PDPL.

CAPABILITIES

Privacy Management Module, as part of its core functionality, enables the following technical capabilities:

Facilitate Personal Data identification (PII processed, Data subject types, IT Applications and underlying infrastructure, retention period, data transfers, third entities etc.). It meets the requirement of maintaining up-to-date Records of Processing Activities.
